Tournaments

Each team will have a set number of tournaments they decide to attend at the beginning of the year. Some will be local and some will involve travel, so please discuss this with your coach at the start of the year if you have any concerns or if you are unable to attend any of the tournaments, rosters are required to be submitted early in the season. Do not wait until the last minute to notify your coach. 

Travel/Hotel/Meal Costs 

All travel, hotel and meal costs are the responsibility of the individual unless the team has explicity indicated otherwise.

Level 'A" Team Commitment
Sask Softball requires each district to send a certain number of teams to provincials each year. Therefore it is very important that you are committed to attending provincials before trying out for a team. The consequences for not having enough players on a team (and rosters are submitted early) results in none of Regina's teams being able to attend Provincials from both Zone 1 and Zone 2 in that age category at all. 
Please keep this in mind if trying out for an "A" level team. Your decision affects everyone! 

Please note that your child's individual team commitments may vary depending on decisions made by the coach and parents at the first team parents' meeting.
